Compete or Die! This came as a pleasant surprise to me. The movie broke all the Box Office records and became the highest grossing Bollywood movie of all time worldwide. Lead stars of the movie are Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor, R Madhavan, Sharman Joshi and Boman Irani.
Kai Po Che!
Kai Po Che! is based on Chetan Bhagat’s Novel The Three Mistakes Of My life, directed by Abhishek Kapoor. The main leads of the movie- are Sushant Singh, Raj Kumar Yadav, Amit Sadh and Amrita Puri. The film did quite well at the box office.
Slumdog Millionaire
A teenager from the slums of Mumbai becomes a contestant on the show 'Kaun Banega Crorepati?' When interrogated under suspicion of cheating, he revisits his past, revealing how he had all the answers. The film won many awards, including Best Picture and Best Music
Haider
Nothing can take away the love for Shakespeare when it comes to dramas. Based on the Shakespeare’s Hamlet. Haider is part of Vishal Bhardwaj’s Shakespeare trilogy, sets in Kashmir. It was highly praised by critics and Shahid Kapoor’s performance was one of the best of his career.
Maqbool
Maqbool is directed by Vishal Bhardwaj and is based on the famous play Macbeth by Shakespeare. The Main leads are Tabu, Pankaj Kapoor, Irrfan Khan, Om Puri and Naseeruddin Shah.
Saat Khoon Maaf!
Ruskin Bond even made an entry in the film. Starring Priyanka Chopra, Susanna is hungry for life and will go to any extent to find it in the purest form. In her quest for the perfect man, she marries several times and each of her husbands dies mysteriously.
